Payment methods are through Paypal.  Credit cards can also be used through paypal without having an account.  I also take check or money orders.  There is a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.  Your order will be sent as soon as payment clears.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are now added in the shopping cart. Shipping is determined by weight.

 From time to time we do offer "Free Shipping" on orders placed over a certain amount. If you would like to be notified of certain specials, email me at info@sceniccandles.com to be put on our mailing list.

 If paying by check, I will not ship out until payment clears.  All other orders will be shipped out upon completion of your order, which is normally within 1-4 business days. Wholesale orders please allow an additional 2-4 days.  Orders are shipped USPS priority mail, UPS standard ground, or Fed Ex, whichever is the cheapest.  Customer pick-up is also available for local orders.  Use the contact form to email me for pick-up orders. There are no extra handling fees, and no minimum orders for retail.

8.625% Sales Tax will be applied to all orders in NY state.

If you are not happy with any of my candles, I will gladly give you a credit or your money back, minus the shipping costs.  If you purchase a candle & it burned poorly for any reason, I will replace the candle in the same scent.  You cannot return a product because you didn't like the scent.  I am now selling single wax melts for you to sample the scents. 

Bath & Body products are non-returnable, unless there was damage to it during shipping (melted, broken, etc.).

If your order was damaged or missing items, please contact me by phone or send me an email on the contact us page within 24 hours so that I may replace the items.
